We’re busy back home so it was no surprise posting images of the last milestone of or trip would take a little while longer. But here we are, let us show you a little bit of KL.
The city was a lot different from the rest of our trip and frankly we found the hustle-bustle of the city less welcoming/cozy than the charmful cities of Vietnam. Luckily, we met an amazing group of people (most of them AIESEC alumni), with whom we dined, had shisha and we also saw them hard at work changing Malaysia one step at a time – do check out their movement Rocking The World – Malaysia. We visited the Batu caves, KLCC with the Petronas Towers, and hung around in Chinatown too. :) Thank you Oana for hosting us, it was great to stay with you guys!
Unfortunately, our day-trip to Melaka – a charming small town with a lot of European influence – on Easter Sunday was cancelled as Petra gave in to Malajsian food (or water) yet again :D
That wraps up our short trip to South East Asia this time. :) In a few months, I’m going to put together a small video from our adventures – there’s a lot more to show, of which we only have video footage, no photos. Stay tuned! :)
